Trendway Employees Earn the One Million Work Hours Safety Award
Holland, Mich. . . The National Safety Council recently recognized Trendway Corporation’s impressive safety record with the Million Work Hours Award. “This is really significant and reflects the focus and priority we have given to safety in our work environments,” says Trendway President Mark Kinsler.
The award is given to organizations that have zero work related lost-time illnesses or injuries for a million consecutive employee hours. Trendway cultivates a culture of safety, led by Trendway Health and Safety Manager Stephanie Walsh. Earlier this year, she was named the Institute for Safety and Health Management (ISHM) 2015 Safety Management Professional of the Year.
“Another great designation to show what a great company Trendway is,” notes Walsh. “And the meter is still running…On to 2 million!”
